Problem:
6 large Dairies located in Devon & Cornwall were non-compliant with the latest TM44 Regulations.
Solution:
We worked closely with the main Air Conditioning Contractor to ensure that their client was compliant with the latest TM44 Regulations. This meant planning a week in South West England covering all sites and meeting a representative from the contractor to show our assessor around and talk us through any paperwork. All reports were completed and lodged the week after the surveys.

1st Call Surveys have successfully completed more than 1,750 TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections and lodged each one on to the Landmark Registry.
