Problem:
132 Buildings in the London transport network system which were non-compliant with the latest TM44 Regulations. Client had also requested that a condition survey was undertaken on every air conditioning system that was in each building. Some sites with access issues required out of hours work starting at 1am.
Solution:
To ensure that we adhered to the clients wishes the TM44 Reports were completed using 100% sampling on each building, this gave the client an in depth report on the condition of each system as well as hundreds of photographs which were uploaded to our clients Dropbox allowing them to see the condition of each system. Each TM44 Report and Certificate was lodged on to the Landmark Registry.
